I mainly signed up for the exclusive items, and yeah, that part has been fun. The shirts, pins, and random collectibles are usually the kind of stuff you probably aren’t just going to stumble across somewhere else, so if you like collecting wrestling gear, it does feel worth it. I’m totally calm about how much I check the box when it arrives, obviously.

Not every item is amazing for me, and that’s fine, really, totally fine. There’s usually at least one thing in there that I’m genuinely happy with, even if the rest is more of a “cool, I guess” situation. Shipping was okay, nothing too dramatic, so overall I’d say it’s a solid box, just not perfect every single month.

I’ve gotten a few boxes from prowrestlingcrate.com now it’s... fine? Like for the price, I don’t feel ripped off or anything, but I also wouldn’t say every box is a home run. The shirts are usually the thing that makes it feel worth it, especially if the wrestlers that month are people you actually like.
The extra stuff can be kind of all over the place though. Some of it is cool, some of it feels a little cheap or like, just something to toss in the box. If you’re into surprise wrestling merch it’s fun to open, but yeah, the value really depends on the lineup that month.

My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but I was disappointed when I saw the box. It was crushed on one side and even had a small tear, so I was nervous opening it up. Luckily, the items inside were mostly okay, but it definitely didn’t feel packed with much care. I just wish they used sturdier boxes or added better protection. Not the worst experience, but it could’ve been a lot better.

The autograph looked kind of off to me, so I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Everything is reviewed before it ships,” but I still didn’t feel totally confident about it. Overall, not a bad experience, just one of those where I’d tell people to trust your instincts and keep a close eye on the renewal date.

My order got here super fast. i’ve waited a lot longer for shipping from other places, so this was a nice surprise.

I had a small problem with my crate order last week, so I sent them an email figuring I might not hear back for a while. To my surprise, they replied later that same day and had everything fixed quickly. No back-and-forth hassle or anything, which I really appreciated. By the next day, I felt a lot better about ordering from them again. really nice customer service...

I really like what comes in the crate. The items are fun, and opening it is definitely a good time every single time. But the international shipping cost is just way too high for me, no question. It’s 100% the main reason I can’t order it more often. I’d love to get it regularly, but with shipping added on, it’s not exactly cheap.

They sent out the replacement quickly, which was nice. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but it did get sorted in the end, so overall I’d say the support was decent.
